01. Delivery Jurisdictions
Sellux Plaster Ltd provides nationwide material distribution across Ghana. Our fleet primarily services the Greater Accra, Ashanti, and Western Regions. For large-scale architectural projects in West African neighboring countries, custom cross-border logistics can be coordinated through our international freight partners.
02. Service Timelines
Standard Inventory
Delivery within 2–4 business days for Accra/Tema. Up to 7 business days for other regional capitals.
Custom Castings
Production of bespoke mouldings typically requires 7–14 days. Logistics commence immediately upon quality certification.
03. Calculation of Fees
Fees are calculated based on a combination of volumetric weight and site distance from our Accra hub.
For full-service project clients (Design + Installation), logistics fees are integrated into the primary project quotation to simplify the billing process.
04. Receipt and Site Inspection
Mandatory Requirement: An authorized representative must be present at the site to accept delivery. It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect all gypsum boards, cornices, and profiles for structural integrity before signing the Delivery Note. Any discrepancies must be noted immediately.
05. Force Majeure and Liability
While we pride ourselves on punctuality, Sellux Plaster Ltd is not liable for delays resulting from external factors including but not limited to: roadblockage, civil unrest, severe weather conditions, or global supply chain disruptions affecting specialized raw materials.
